We at Arthur love a good poet, especially our regular poet contributors, Christine Collins, John James and Courtney Hilden.  But we also love other poets, like Janet Marie Rogers, a First People poet.  (In Canada, they don’t call them Native Americans or Indians but First People.)  She has some great thoughts on writing poetry in this interview, like when she describes how she knows when a poem wants to be born.
